Aims and Scope

Physical Geography and Geomorphology publishes research papers, review articles and short contributions of high quality from Ukraine and around the world. It covers a wide rage of topics in physical geography and landscape studies, geomorphology and palaeogeomorphology, climatology and meteorology, Quaternary studies and geoarchaeology, and includes related subjects such as environmental protection, spatial planning and geographical education.

Original research articles, brief communications, scientific notes, reviews, and other important contributions are accepted. Papers that make significant advances to the fields of study and those of general interest to geographers are welcome.

Journal Physical Geography and Geomorphology is a scientific publication with national and foreign distribution area, registered certificate of state registration of print media from May 11, 2019, series КВ № 23971-13811ПР.

Physical Geography and Geomorphology is a professional publication according to the Decree of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 515 of May 16, 2016. It is included in the list of printed (electronic) publications that are included in the List of professional scientific publications in the specialty "geographical sciences" (Annex 12 to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine).
